Returns & Exchanges Made Easy

 

Our goal at Walin & Wolff is not only to be your favorite destination for women’s shoes & accessories, but to also deliver the best customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be more than happy to issue a refund (see polices below.)

 

 

WE HAVE 3 OPTIONS TO MAKE RETURNS CONVENIENT FOR YOU:

 

1)   PRE-PAID RETURNS & EXCHANGES BY FEDEX

a)   For returns, use the pre-paid FedEx label that comes in your package. 

b)   Please enclose a copy of your packing slip with your return.

c)   Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of the package and return to your nearest FedEx location or dropbox. There will be a $10.00 deduction from your refund. 

d)   For exchanges, please contact our E-Personal Shopper at (800) 270-0275 and inform her you’d like to exchange your item. Our E-Personal Shopper will assist you with similar options & how to fulfill your exchange.

 

 

2)   RETURNS USING A SHIPPER OF YOUR CHOICE

If you wish to ship on your own, please enclose a copy of your receipt with your merchandise and address the package to:

3)   RETURNS & EXCHANGES MADE IN STORE (FREE)

a)   To return in one of our stores, present the merchandise to an associate at one of our stores with a copy of your receipt.

b)  Your return refund will be processed by our E-Personal Shopper.

c)   For exchanges to be made in one of our store, please contact our E-Personal Shopper and let her know you’d like to exchange your item and would like to do so in one of our stores. Please bring a copy of your receipt and merchandise to the store when making an in-store exchange.

 

REFUND POLICIES

  • All merchandise must be unworn, in its original packaging and accompanied with a copy of the sales receipt.
  • We do have a 14-day return policy from when the merchandise was received.
  • Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are concerned your item is going to sell out, you can always place a new order, rather than request an exchange for that item.
  • To return or exchange any full price or sale item, please feel free to contact our E-Personal Shopper at (800) 270-0275.
  • All returns will be remitted to your original form of payment. Each bank handles card refunds differently, but your refund should show on your statement within 3-5 business days, if not sooner.
  • For those items marked CLEARANCE FINAL SALE -- NO RETURNS.
